4/22/2022 Short Sale Negotiator requested another updated document from the seller, that form was sent back to the SS Negotiator
4/26/2022 Called Short Sale Negotiator, left message on voice mail for status on review
4/28/2022 Per Short Sale Lender, all documents have been recieved, file has moved forward, follow up early next week.
5/4/2022 per Short Sale lender, appraisal/value is being worked on, as of 4/26/22 the file is marked complete for the seller part.
5/9/2022 Sent in Updated COE addendum to the Short Sale Lender
5/11/2022 Spoke to Short Sale Lender, still waiting on Value to be returned. I requested an escalation from the supervisor to get the status of the value.
5/13/2022 - Recieved email from negotiator with changes to the HUD and request for updated Buyers Documents, sent that message to all parties
05/16/2022- Sent in requested Buyers Docs to the short sale negotiator and Loss mitigations team
05/23/2022 - Spoke to the Short Sale lender, all docs from the buyer have been received and are under review, I have requested a supervisor to review the file and escalate the status and the VALUE to be added to the file.
05/26/2022 - Spoke to Escalation Team at PNC, they are working on getting the VALUE returned from the VENDOR.
5/31/2022 - spoke to short sale Lender, the file is in internal review department, I sent an email to the escalation team handling the file as well. The supervisor is aware of the time issue.
6/6/2021 Per Short Sale Lender Escalation team, they are still working on getting the VALUE back.
06/09/2021 Per Short Sale Lender, still nothing on Value - Requested Escalation team and contacts to have file moved to upper management for a solution
